The metal wedge mesh strainer for water filter is composed of rib strips and V shaped wires through manufacturing on specialized welding machine. The rib strips and V shaped wires will be welded by resistance welding, has enough welding strength, equally slot gap, high corrosion resistance, large filter area, good permeability, simple structure, 0.1mm slot gap, and can be select by client in any way.
The metal wedge mesh strainers are widely used for cartridge of automatic self-cleaning filter, pipeline filter,and brush filter .the strainer is made of V-sectional stainless steel wires by sprial welding to multi-edges framework, forming close spaqce between two adjacent steel wires,for discharging residuess during back flushing, so as to realize continously water supply.
