The working principle and the structures of the screen

The process conditions and affecting the sieving effect factors
The working pressure must be 0.2-0.4Mpa, the higher pressure, the higher sieve efficiency. Inverse, the lower pressure, the lower siece efficiency.


At the first sieve process, it will content about 7% fine dry material, then sieve the starch milk.
10-11BX, in the thin pulp, the SO2 content will be about 0.035-0.045%
