The porous filter basket is installed on the oil or other liquid pipelines to remove solids in the fluid and stabilize the operation of the machine (including compressors, pumps, pressure gauges, etc.). Its filtration area is about 35 times the cross-sectional area of ??the inlet and outlet (large cylinders can also be used, with small cylinder diameters, the multiplier will be higher), far exceeding the filtration area of ??y-type and t-type filters.
Porous basket filter
Basket filter: The perforated filter basket filter is mainly composed of tubes, tubes, baskets, flanges, flange covers and fasteners. When the liquid enters the filter basket through the cylinder, the solid impurities are blocked by the filter basket, and The cleaning fluid is eliminated through the filter basket and filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and then lift the filter element for cleaning.
Wire mesh cone filter
Also known as wire mesh filter, it is mainly made of steel ring, perforated plate and wire mesh welding. It is usually clamped by two flanges, or it can be made into flange connection. It can remove a large amount of solid impurities in the fluid, so that machines and equipment (including compressors, pumps, instruments, etc.) can work and run normally, achieve a stable process, and ensure safe production. When the fluid enters the temporary filter with specific specifications, the hopper is blocked, and the clean filtrate can pass through the filter and enter the downstream pipeline. When cleaning is required, the filter should be removed from the pipeline for cleaning. After cleaning, the filter can be reinstalled for reuse.
