Wire mesh filter, also known as stainless steel wire mesh filter disc, is the most commonly used products.
The product is formed by cold stamping machine from stainless steel wire mesh, which is mainly made of SS 304, 316 or 316L material.
It is made of Sintered 5-layer or multi-layer Stainless steel wire mesh laminates, it take the advantages of good permeability, high holding dirty capacity, large filter area, long service life, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and cleanable, can be used for many times, it is widely applied in the filtration system of petroleum and chemical industry.
The filter has been widely used in transfomer oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil, aviation kerosene, petrolum, chemical, power plant, coal carbon, mining, pharmaceutical, food and engineering industries.
1. Stable high filtering precision: large extension of filtering precision(1-100 μm), the hole is not out of shape easily.
2. High strength, good rigidity: the fourth and fifth layers are the supporting layers, the six layer is the reinforcing layer, so it has high pressure resistance, mechanical strength, easy installation and easy to use.
3. High temperature resistance and corrosion resistance: maximum 480°C.
4. convenient to wash and backwash: It can be used with longer service span.
